  Pursuant to House Rule XII, clause 7, Congress has the authority to enact the ``Cape Fox Land Entitlement Finalization Act of 2025,'' under Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2 of the Constitution, which grants Congress power to dispose of and regulate federal property. This bill conveys approximately 180 acres of federal land in Alaska to the Cape Fox Village Corporation and Sealaska Corporation, fulfilling obligations under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), consistent with Congress's authority over federal lands and Native claims.
